Service Disclosure

What the Brand Does

Basement Water Removal Team markets flooded basement water removal and related water damage services. Calls placed to the number shown on the website are directed to independent restoration companies, and the brand may receive payment from those companies.

The brand does not itself pump out water, dry structures, remove materials or repair plumbing. Independent companies perform any property work.

Independent Companies

Each restoration company sets its own prices, methods and terms. A property owner decides whether to hire a company and signs that company's work agreement directly.

The brand does not supervise the work. The owner should read the agreement and ask questions before authorizing a job.

No Warranty

Information on the website is general. It is provided without a warranty that it fits a particular building, water loss or insurance policy. Descriptions of equipment and methods do not promise a price, an arrival time or a result.

The condition of the property, the written agreement and the law that applies decide what work is done.

Insurance Decisions

An insurance company decides whether a policy covers a loss. Photos, moisture readings and work records describe what a contractor saw and did. They do not promise reimbursement.
